Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with the pieces created by ThreadGoldz is the number one priority. If you find yourself wanting to return an item, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) to initiate a return. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response, and a solution will be found. 

We ask that the piece(s) has not been worn extensively and that it is not damaged. If the above is satisfied, then you may receive a full refund for your purchase.

If you happen to damage a piece and would like it to be repaired, please email [email protected] to initiate a repair. Depending on the alteration, it may be done free of charge.
